The Aesthete Box ships quarterly with each box curated around a unique theme. Fall 2024 boxes will begin shipping the 4th week of October and are only available to ship within the US. Please note that if PayPal is the payment method used on your initial subscription order, PayPal's Pay-in-4 is not an option for subsequent renewal options.

What kind of items come in each box?
Subscribers can expect 6-10 luxurious lifestyle items each quarter. Items will vary each quarter and revolve around The Aesthete Box quarterly theme. Features at least 1 deluxe C&P or Aesthete branded item. Past boxes have included skincare, home goods, provisions, or clean, non-toxic fragranced products. Check out our unboxing videos to see examples of items we've previously included in subscription boxes.
When will I receive my box? When will I be billed again?
We begin shipping The Aesthete Boxes the fourth week of the month that follows successful renewal for that quarter - fourth week of January, April, July, October. You will receive an email when your shipment is in our queue with a tracking number. U.S. customers typically receive their boxes in 2-4 business days following shipment. If you are experiencing shipping issues, please reach out to Customer Service, at assist@clothandpaper.com, and we will be glad to help. If you have added one-time products to your subscription order, those will ship with your first subscription box. Quarterly subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of March, June, September, December.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can view and manage your subscription by clicking the Account link on our website. Select ‘Account’ at the top right corner of our site. If you are accessing our site on mobile, select the Person icon. You can also utilize this link here. From there, you will find 'Manage Subscriptions' under your name on your profile where you will be taken to your subscription account. From there, you can add products to future renewals, edit payment methods and addresses, skip, cancel and more. Our Customer Service team is also happy to assist with any changes you may need to make, feel free to email us at assist@clothandpaper.com, and we will be glad to help.
