Need to whip up a quick pick-me-up?  This week’s  Happy Hour recipe calls for simple dessert ingredients leftover from holiday festivities…did someone say dark chocolate?

Whipped Dark Chocolate Mocha | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 1.06

Ingredients:

• Dark Chocolate Sauce
• Instant Coffee
• Sugar
• Milk of Choice
• Dark Chocolate Shavings
• Ice

Process:

1. In a glass, add a teaspoon of instant coffee, sugar and hot water. Froth until it reaches whipped texture. Add a teaspoon of dark chocolate sauce, mix well with the whip.  
2. Add ice and milk, stir until well combined. Top with dark chocolate shavings, if desired. Enjoy!

Sometimes, it’s okay to have our heads in the clouds (of cream)! This week’s Happy Hour drink features an elevated creamy latte that takes your vanilla dreams to the next level! Can be enjoyed iced or hot.

Vanilla Bean Cream Latte | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 12.30

Ingredients:

• Vanilla Bean Paste
• Coffee (Espresso, instant, drip coffee—anything works)
• Sugar
• Milk of Choice
• Whipping Cream
• Ice

Process:

1. In  a glass, add a teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a cup of milk. Froth well.
2. In a smaller glass, add ½ tsp of vanilla bean paste and ¼ cup of whipping cream. Froth this well, also.
3. Add ice to the first glass and pour over 2 shots of espresso. Finish off with cream mixture. Stir and enjoy!

Ingredients:

• Dark Chocolate Sauce
• Coffee (Espresso, instant, drip coffee—anything works)
• Milk of Choice
• Whipped Cream
• Chocolate Shavings 

Process:

1. Heat about a cup of milk, froth well. In a mug, add ¼ cup of chocolate sauce and pour milk over the sauce.
2. Pour coffee over and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.

Ingredients:

• Brown Sugar
• Cinnamon
• Nutmeg
• Milk of Choice
• Cold Brew
• Ice 

Process:

1. In a glass, add a tablespoon of brown sugar, cinnamon and dash of nutmeg. Pour about a half cup of milk, froth well till foamy and set aside. 
2. In a separate glass, add your ice and cold brew. Pour cold foam over cold brew and enjoy!

Brown Sugar Mint Iced Latte | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 12.10

Ingredients:

• Brown Sugar
• Mint Sprig
• Double Espresso
• Milk of Choice
• Ice 

Process:

1. In a glass, throw in mint sprig and add 1-2 tbsp of brown sugar. Using a spoon, muddle mint and brown sugar. 
2. Add espresso and ice, mix very well. Top with milk of choice and garnish with more mint if desired. Enjoy!
