September 2020 Leather Agenda Preorder Guide
We are so excited to be launching our September 2020 Leather Agenda Preorder and can't wait for you to get your hands on them! To make this process as smooth and easy as possible, we've set up a few guidelines.
Timeframe
Agendas will be available for preorder from 3 pm EST on September 11, 2020 to 3 pm EST on September 18, 2020.
You will not be able to preorder an agenda after this time, so please keep in mind the time difference if you are ordering in another time zone.
Agendas will be restocked on the website after preordered agendas have been shipped.
Prices & Payment
The preorder price for all agendas will the full price for each agenda, so you will not need to pay off any remaining balances. Payments for preorder agendas are non-refundable because we are creating that planner specifically for you, so please keep this in mind when you order.
No coupons or discount codes, of any kind, can be applied to preordered agendas, but you will be able to use store credit or a gift card to preorder an agenda.

Order Limits
You may preorder as many agendas as you like, however you will only be able to preorder two of the same agenda. If you would like to purchase more than two of the same planner, please contact us at assist@clothandpaper.com and we will see if we are able to accommodate your needs.
Once your preorder has been placed you will not be able to switch your preorder to another style or size because your preordered agenda is being created specifically for you. Please be sure of your choices before you place your order.
You may order additional items with preordered agendas, however, orders with only preorder agendas will be given the priority when we begin to ship the agendas. Adding additional items to a preorder agenda order will slow down the processing time, but will have no affect on the shipping method or transit time.
Shipping
All preordered agendas shipped to US addresses via USPS will require a signature confirmation. If no one will be available to sign for your planner please contact us at assist@clothandpaper.com to set up an alternative delivery. US customers will also be able to select UPS options for expedited shipping at checkout.
Preordered agendas being shipped to non-US addresses will have a flat shipping charge of $12, or you will be able to select UPS options for expedited shipping at checkout.
Due to the current global pandemic and the affect on postal services we highly recommend international customers consider UPS shipping for your preordered agenda(s). UPS shipping can significantly reduce transit time and offers better tracking, but it may also increase VAT or Customs fees slightly.
Personalization
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer personalization of agendas. Personalization will also not be offered when the agendas are restocked following shipment of the preordered agendas.
Estimated Shipping Date
Once they arrive at Cloth & Paper HQ planners will go through a rigourous quality check and then be shipped to you as quickly as possible. We estimate that we will be able to begin shipping preordered planners in mid to late October 2020. We will be sure to update you if this estimate changes.
