My, my match—maple?! Matcha can never go out of season but we’re making it more in season with a sweet, maple twist! Enjoy a chill evening watching the leaves fall with perhaps the best fall drink ever!

Iced Maple Matcha | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 10.22

Ingredients:

  • Matcha Powder or Matcha Tea Bags
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Nutmeg
  • Milk of Choice
  • Ice

Process:

  1. If using powder, sift 1-2 tsp of matcha in a glass. Add ¼ cup of warm water and ¼ tsp of nutmeg. Mix well. If using tea bags, brew 1-2 tea bags in ¼ cup of hot water and ¼ tsp of nutmeg. Mix well.
  2. In a separate glass, combine 1 tbsp of maple syrup and ½ tsp of vanilla extract in ¾ cup of milk. Mix or froth.
  3. Add ice to glass with matcha mixture and add milk mixture. Top with matcha and dust with some nutmeg!
