Mind Mapping Insert

Using the middle circle, choose one idea, phrase, or topic. Then, using the grid space, explore branching thoughts related to your main topic. The grid space can be used to sketch, write notes, or merely single-phrase ideas.

Then, on your Summary and Research pages, explore your findings. Are there action steps you should now take? New methods and outlooks you should practice? Find out what your mind map means for you, both in the present and future.

Your Summary can also serve as a key, as you visually track patterns within your mind map.

Additionally, your mind map can be used to track any topic! For example, the demo page found at the end of the inserts uses the idea of a “2023 Planner Setup” to plan out how they will organize their new planner.

Weekly Time Block Notebook + Weekly Time Block Stickers

Using your Time Block Stickers, block off the time you have set aside for certain tasks or appointments. Since the stickers come in a variety of colors, you can also create a key - such as “appointment”, “meal”, “project work”, “free time”, and more. You can easily reference your schedule with the use of this visual method.

Priorities Notepad

This notepad offers a simplistic view of your upcoming tasks and priorities. List your action items using either high or low priority. Then, delegate tasks to your main planner (or stick to a checklist on the notepad itself) starting from your high priority column. Then, low priority. This allows you to get your most important tasks finished, without tasks that can wait for later eating up your time.
