This Friday’s Happy Hour feature is not for the faint of heart. The Derby - named for the longstanding tradition of drinking while betting on horse races - is a deliciously tart drink that packs a powerful punch!
Derby Drink Recipe | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 04.09
Ingredients:
- Bourbon
- Sweet vermouth
- Grand Marnier
- Lime juice
- Ice
Process:
1. Combine 1 ounce bourbon, ¾ ounce lime juice, ½ ounce sweet vermouth, and ½ ounce Grand Marnier.
2. Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Optional: garnish with lime wedge or mint leaf.
