This week’s tart Happy Hour drink is the perfect chill beverage for a cool summer evening with friends!
Club Citrus Cooler | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 08.13
Ingredients:
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Lime juice
- Sugar
- Lemon slices
- Lime slices
- Club soda
Process:
1. In a pitcher, stir together 1 ½ cup of orange juice, ½ cup of lemon juice and ½ cup of lime juice.
2. Spoon 1 ½ tsp of sugar in desired glass and top with juice mixture. Add lemon and lime slices.
3. To serve, add ice to glass, stir to dissolve sugar, then top with club soda.
