C&P's Guide to Memory Keeping
One of my favorite aspects of planning is that my planner not only organizes my life, but records it too! As the year ends, we begin to collect our 2021 memories into safe keeping but if you did not have the opportunity to record all of this year's memories, we have created a simple guide to help you begin your memory keeping planning journey in 2022!
The Hobonichi Style Undated Inserts | 2nd Edition features a perfect layout for both planning and memory keeping! On the left of each page, record your daily plans as usual. Then, using the grid space to the right, include decorations, quotes, art, and other creative items! With the Shands Glue Pen | White, glue items like photos, movie tickets, magazine snippets, and stickers. Add shapes from a Minimal Shape Sticker Set in a fun color like Mauve. The shapes can be used in a variety of ways — such as Corners to frame your photos, Tape to tape printed items or separate designs, and Squares or Dots to decorate and bring attention to a line.
Bring colorful spreads and an artistic flair to your memories with the Uni Emott Ever Fine Pens in the Floral set! Great for highlighting words, doodling, framing your designs, and other artsy decorations. To add pops of color to your writing, consider the Uni One Gel Pens in bright colors like Red, Green, and Blue.
For those that would like ample space for their memory planning, the Mind Mapping Desk Pad is a dream! After being decorated, pages can be removed and hung up, or kept together. The extra space on this desk pad provides room for additional memory keeping projects, such as family journaling, a photo a day, and sketches!
