Watermelon Refresher Drink Recipe | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 7.02
Ingredients:
- Watermelon
- Mint leaves
- Limes
- Sugar
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Process:
1. Cube 2 cups watermelon and blend on high speed until puree consistency is reached. Sieve puree and set aside.2. Combine ¼ cup sugar, 4 lime wedges, and mint leaves to taste. Muddle mixture until mint leaves are nearly bruised.
3. Combine watermelon juice, mint-lime mixture, and 1 cup sparkling water; stir well.
4. Pour mixture over ice cubes into glasses; garnish with slices of lime and watermelon. Serve chilled.
