Subscription box rewards can be claimed under your subscription account page and are automatically applied to your next renewal. Once logged in to your subscription account, on your account page, you will find a black box that reads "Choose My Reward." Once this button is clicked, you will be brought to a page where you can select and redeem your accrued subscription loyalty points.
