Items will vary each month and revolve around The Intention Box's monthly theme. Subscribers may expect 7-9 unique planning and stationery items such as planner inserts, dashboards, notebooks, planner stickers, sticky notes, journaling cards along with 1-2 premium writing instruments. Check out our unboxing videos to see examples of items we've previously included in subscription boxes.
No. New subscriptions include a set of covers and coordinating discs or rings in your selected size when you choose a punched option. (Half Letter Unpunched and A5 Unpunched subscriptions do not include covers or hardware.)
Our subscription is available in 11 sizes, including disc and hole punch formats compatible with many planners, including our planner covers.

We begin shipping Intention Boxes the second week of each month. You will receive an email when your shipment is in our queue with a tracking number. U.S. customers typically receive their boxes in 2-4 business days following shipment. The average delivery time for international customers varies based on location. On average, boxes arrive in 6-10 business days following shipment. If you are an international customer whose box is experiencing shipping issues, please reach out to Customer Service, at assist@clothandpaper.com, and we will be glad to help. If you have added one-time products to your subscription order, those will ship with your first subscription box. Our cutoff date to subscribe each month is the last day of the month.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st, according to the term you selected. Month to month plans bill monthly on the 1st, 3 month plans bill every 3 months on the 1st and 6 month plans bill every 6 months on the 1st.
You can view and manage your subscription by clicking the Account link on our website. Select ‘Account’ at the top right corner of our site. If you are accessing our site on mobile, select the Person icon. You can also utilize this link here. From there, you will find 'Manage Subscriptions' under your name on your profile where you will be taken to your subscription account. From there, you can add products to future renewals, edit payment methods and addresses, update your size preference, skip, cancel and more. Our Customer Service team is also happy to assist with any changes you may need to make, feel free to email us at assist@clothandpaper.com, and we will be glad to help.
Access is reserved for active subscribers who have ordered the current month’s subscription box.
If you skip your box or cancel your subscription, access to the Subscriber Exclusive Collection will be paused. Access resumes once you receive your next subscription shipment.
