Infused with the sweetness and warm color of a late autumn sunset, this thai tea won’t fail to satisfy your cravings!

Sea Salt Cream Thai Tea | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 09.24

Ingredients:

  • Thai Tea Bags
  • Dark Brown Sugar
  • Heavy Cream
  • Sugar
  • Condensed Milk
  • Sea Salt
  • Ice

Process:

  1. Brew 2-3 thai tea bags in ¾ cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and mix in 1 tbsp of dark brown sugar. Set tea aside to cool.
  3. In a separate dish, combine ¼ cup heavy cream, 3 tbsp condensed milk and 1 tbsp sugar. Whip cream mixture to preferred thickness and top off with a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour tea first, then cream. Gently stir and enjoy!
