This week’s Happy Hour drink highlights one of our favorite C&P colors - Ube! The unique flavor of this purple yam creates a distinctive iced coffee experience.
Coconut Ube Iced Coffee Drink Recipe | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 07.16
Ingredients:
- Ube extract
- Ice
- Coconut milk
- Condensed milk
- Coffee of choice
Process:
1. Pour ½ teaspoon ube extract into bottom of glass; fill with ice. (Handle with care - ube extract may stain hands!)
2. Combine ½ cup coconut milk and 2 teaspoons condensed milk; pour over ube and ice mixture.
3. Top with coffee of choice; stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
