For those with 6-ring systems, our Textured Plastic Binder | A5 or Clear Vinyl A5 6-Ring Planner are recommended as your archiving system. These are minimalist and slim, so they will not take up much space, and they contain perfect durability for archiving. If you use a discbound system, a set of simple notebook covers such as the Glass Plastic Discbound Notebook Cover in Half Letter, HP Classic, and HP Mini are ideal when creating an archive system. Accompany your notebook covers with Clear Plastic Discs in 1.25 in or 1.5 in, depending on the amount of inserts you plan on storing. Label either the spine or front cover of your archive system with the year(s) that are stored. This may be done with a label maker or the Tape shape from the Minimal Shape Sticker Sets in a color like Fawn.
