How does the rewards program work?
Luxe Bux are awarded for every $1 spent with shop orders and subscriptions. You can earn additional Luxe Bux by signing up for the C&P Rewards program then making your first purchase, following us on Instagram & TikTok, and liking us on Facebook. You'll also find a gift of Luxe Bux awarded on your birthday each year! Once you have signed up for the C&P Rewards program, Luxe Bux are added automatically following a purchase made while logged in to your account. Luxe Bux can then be redeemed for coupons or complimentary C&P products on shop orders.
How do I redeem Luxe Bux for rewards?
To redeem or view Luxe Bux, you will login to your C&P shop account HERE and locate 'Rewards' in the menu. Then you will select 'Redeem Now' and choose the reward you would like to redeem. For coupon rewards, from there, copy the code to apply at checkout for a shop order! For product rewards, please click ‘Redeem’ and the product will add to your cart.
What are the different rewards tiers, and how do they work?
- There are four different tiers: Boss, Idol, Icon, and Legend. Please reference the table on this page to see each tier’s multipliers and earnings, and below:
- Boss Tier is earned upon joining C&P Rewards.
- Idol Tier is gained upon earning 300 Luxe Bux within your unique rolling year.
- Icon Tier is gained upon earning 1000 Luxe Bux within your unique rolling year.
- Legend Tier is gained upon earning 2000 Luxe Bux within your unique rolling year.
