Why am I not seeing one of the event discounts applied?

- If any part of your order qualifies for the Black Friday Event offer, other codes or offers cannot be redeemed or combined with this offer already automatically applied. Please note: adding another code, including Luxe Bux, may override your current event savings at checkout.
- During the entire event, Luxe Bux will be earned based on rewards tier and can be used in the future.

How can I qualify for a free shipping option if I live in the US, Canada, or United Kingdom?
- Free domestic United States shipping option available for all orders with $75+ subtotal at checkout after any applicable discounts have been applied. All orders containing a monthly subscription ship free for domestic United States.
- Free shipping option available for Canada and United Kingdom for all one-time orders with $100+ USD subtotal at checkout after any applicable discounts have been applied. Shipping rates for orders containing a monthly subscription begin at $7.95 USD based on monthly term selected.
- Only physical items count towards reaching free shipping thresholds.
A Note About Order Processing
If I place multiple orders will those orders be combined when shipping occurs?
- Our team will be proactively combining orders that are placed by the same individual and going to the same shipping address during the 2024 Holiday Season. Order combinations will occur at the beginning of each business day. We plan to actively work on this so that there will be no need for our customers to worry about reaching out via email with combination requests.
- Please note that multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined and shipped together to save time on fulfillment and reduce our carbon footprint. At this time, we are unable to refund shipping fees. Thank you again for your understanding.
Can I edit my order after making a purchase?
