Brazilian Lemonade Drink Recipe | Cloth & Paper Happy Hour 06.25
Ingredients:
- Limes
- Cold water
- Sugar
- Sweetened condensed milk
Process:
1. Thoroughly wash 4 limes; slice off ends and cut each fruit into eighths.2. Combine 3 cups cold water, 6 tablespoons sugar, and 2 limes in blender; pulse 5 - 7 times.
3. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the lime pulp with a spoon to help release juices. Discard remaining skins and pulp. Repeat process with equal amounts of ingredients.
4. Stir ½ cup sweetened condensed milk into limeade; serve with plenty of ice and thin slices of lime for garnish.
