We offer a variety of exciting subscriptions, and look forward to future surprises! This week’s blog expands on our fabulous subscriptions and provides tips on getting the most out of your subscription experience.

Penspiration

What’s included: 5-7 items monthly. May include gel, rollerball, or ballpoint pens— in addition to brush pens, markers, and fineliners. Curation changes each month; ink colors and nib sizes will vary. Box also includes a Penspiration board test sheet, prompt card, calendar card, and coordinating accessory such as sticky notes.

When boxes renew and ship: Renewals occur on the 1st of each month, and boxes ship the 19th-24th each month. For example, the April box renewed April 1st, and began shipping between April 19th and 24th.

What’s included: 8-12 items monthly. May include Planner Inserts, Planner Dashboards, Page Flags, Sticky Notes, Notepads, Stickers, Notebooks, Journals, Journaling Cards, and more planning accessories. This box is designed to complement your existing planner system, and does not contain a complete planner.

What’s included: 1 deluxe C&P item and 6 or more items from other brands. Items differ each quarter and may include skincare, home goods, provisions, or clean, non-toxic fragranced products. Included items are valued at $300 or more and each box is curated around a unique theme.

When boxes renew and ship: Renewals occur quarterly, and boxes ship the following month. For example, the April/Spring 2022 quarterly box renewed March 1st, and began shipping between April 13th and 15th.

FAQ

How do I update my planner size and type, change my payment method, or update my shipping address? You can make changes to your subscriptions from your C&P Shop Account Login: https://clothandpaper.com/account/login. Select "Manage Subscriptions" after logging into your Cloth & Paper account. You are always welcome to shoot us a message at assist@clothandpaper.com and we can make the changes for you as well. We’re here to help!

I’ve just updated my subscription, but I want these changes to take effect immediately. How can I ensure my box is updated for the upcoming month?

If you’ve updated your address or planner size before your box has shipped, you’ll be all set and do not need to make any further changes. We recommend also double-checking your subscription details after making changes.

If you have updated your box type (Penspiration, Planning + Stationery, or the combination box) after the renewal period, the change will not go into effect until after your next renewal (your renewal date can be found under your account), as the system does not automatically charge you for the upgrade within the current month or on any remaining months that you may have already paid for. In this case, please reach out to assist@clothandpaper.com and we’ll get you squared away!
