In particular, we want you to know that CLOTH & PAPER is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Cloth & Paper uses Klaviyo to store email information to our Site, helping us understand how our Site is being used. We use this information to show you different content that best fits your needs, as well as allowing us to test our overall site experience and which products are performing best.
The site uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email or SMS.

These cookies enable Google Analytics software. It helps us take and analyze visitor information such as browser usage and new visitor numbers. That information helps us to improve the Site and your shopping experience, and to make our marketing campaigns relevant. We work with third parties, which may include but is not limited to Facebook Custom Audiences, Klaviyo, and Google Ads, who help gather this information. We may share your email address with these third parties, and these third parties might link your name or email address to other information they collect to create custom audiences or deliver targeted advertisements. That information might include past purchases made offline or online. Or, it might include online usage information.
We may use Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver interest-based advertisements to you on Facebook based on your email address. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your interactions with us. This tool enables Cloth & Paper, Co. to convert your email address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from email addresses of its users. Facebook users can control the ads they see in their Facebook account, including Customer Audience ads, in Your Ad Preferences.
We may use Google Ads Customer Match to show you interest-based advertisements based on data we share with Google, such as your email address. Customer Match allows Cloth & Paper, Co. to use your email address to reach you via Google’s ad network. Google users can control the ads they see on Google services, including Customer Match ads, in their Google Ads Settings.

5.2 By using our Site and providing your personal information, you agree that we may use your personal information in order to:
(a) administer the Site;
(b) process your order(s), including dispatch, payment and returns (if applicable);
(c) collect payment for any Products we provide to you;
(d) make general improvements to our Site and the Products we offer;
(e) analyze how customers are making use of the Site;
(f) resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
