Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders to all 50 states with Standard Shipping selected are shipped via UPS or USPS and generally take approximately 2-3 business days to receive once shipped.
Upgraded UPS alternatives are also available. Orders selecting expedited UPS shipping options are not subject to receive FREE shipping for orders $90 and above.

International Shipping
International shipments are shipped via Standard or Expedited depending on selections at checkout. International shipping time frames vary based on courier.

- Standard International Shipping: $19 USD or FREE with one-time item orders of $100+.
- International Expedited Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on order and destination.
- Subscription Order Shipping: $7.95 per box.

United Kingdom
- Standard International Shipping: $14 USD or FREE with one-time item orders of $100+.
- International Expedited Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on order and destination.

Order Tracking
Your Order Confirmation email will contain a link to tracking the status of your order. Once your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details for tracking your order. This information can also be found by logging into your store account and viewing your recent order history.
Please note: It can sometimes take 24-48 hours to begin seeing tracking updates on your order.
Adding Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. We are not responsible for lost packages that are deemed as delivered.
If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
